We at Home Staging By K understand the fast-paced, sometimes frantic nature of the real estate market. Quick turnaround times and multiple contractors means everyone needs to be reliable and fast. Our stages take less than half a day, typically from 1.5 hours to 4 hours.
Yes, we own and provide our furniture and accessories with our staging services. For examples of our current inventory, check out our projects page
While we do sometimes use some of our clients furniture or accessories, we do not stage properties with only our clients furniture or accessories. It would simply be too time-prohibitive and likely produce a less-than-ideal look.
Yes. While staging a vacant or vacated property is always ideal, that is often not possible for some homeowners. When moving out is not an option, we work with our clients to make the stage as livable as possible so they dont have to completely disrupt their lives.
No. While our team of movers may move small items around for minor adjustments, they are not home movers. Clients are instructed on what to move prior to the staging date and the stages are planned accordingly. If furniture or other large items are not removed by the scheduled staging date, it could impede or prevent staging from being completed.
No. We are not commercially licensed to install light fixtures. Additionally, light fixtures are typically assumed to be sold with the home. However, we do understand the importance of lighting, so if you need recommendations on replacements for your old light fixtures, contact us and ask about our consultation services. We can help you find what youre looking for.
As home staging requirements vary from one homeowner to the next, so too does the cost. Factors including the size of the home, number of rooms to be staged, the duration of the staging, and location all influence the cost of staging a property. Yes. While it is impossible to say that home staging can directly increase the sale price of a home, a well-packaged and well-presented home will inevitably draw more attention and cause a greater emotional reaction than one that isnt, which can ultimately net you a higher sale price.
